Refund Policy

Thank you for considering becoming an exhibitor with ArtCloud Events. Should you change your mind after making a payment to reserve your space, we would like to make you aware of our limited refund policy.

Your payment ensures a reserved space at the designated event venue. Should you change your mind for whatever reason, more than 30 days prior to the event date, then you are eligible for a refund of any fees paid minus a 5% cancellation charge. This small charge will cover any administrative costs associated with your reservation.

Should you decide to cancel within 30 days or less of the event date the cancellation charge will be 20% of the event reservation fee and you will be refunded the balance. This is based on the value of the reserved space which could be left empty on the day of the event.

We believe the above is a reasonable policy so that we can continue to delivering quality services to all of our exhibitors.
